Springer School and Center congratulates Senior Director of Special Projects Tara Willig who was presented with the Ohio School Counselor Association’s Administrator Appreciation Award on October 18 at the All Ohio Counselors Conference in Columbus, Ohio. Willig was nominated based on her work while principal of Delshire Elementary in the Oak Hills School District.
The award honors an administrator, school or district that has contributed to the growth and understanding of counseling. A former colleague highlighted the impact of by Tara’s leadership stating, “She has given me the freedom to develop and implement programs to promote the social and emotional health of our students.”
