TUTORING
The educators at Springer School and Center are experienced in providing support services to students with a wide range of academic needs. Since we recognize and appreciate the unique nature of different learning styles, our tutors are prepared to address the individual and unique learning needs of each student.

Executive Functioning groups will be small groups of 3-5 students, taught by executive functioning experts. These groups are designed to provide the same high-quality, direct instruction and personalized support that Springer is known for—delivered in a small, focused setting. Each group is:
- Led by an experienced Springer intervention specialist
- Limited in size to ensure individual attention
- Structured around each student’s needs and goals
- Engaging and collaborative, helping students apply EF strategies in real-world and academia-based contexts
Instruction will target metacognition, organization of time and information, flexible thinking, working memory, note-taking, annotating, utilizing graphic organizers, and how to form positive habits.
